It is recommended to correct parcentricity between lenses to get a maximum accuracy.

For doing it choose the microscope for the correction.

Then go to “Microscope” button in the Menu Bar, select “Parcentricity” and finally “Insert”.

Then input comma separated text and intro on each objective:
obectivereference, magnificaton, Xcoordinate, Ycoordinate
(i.e. 1012532,10,52432,32525)
